"We honor the mission inherited from Don Bosco with all the creativity we are capable of"
One month before the start of the new academic year, the Rector Fr Andrea Bozzolo decided to reach the academic community with a short message of greeting.
" For the first time I address the academic community: teachers, collaborators and students for a cordial greeting. I thank the Rector Major and Grand Chancellor of our University and the Congregation for Catholic Education for the trust they have placed in me.
I receive the baton from prof. Mantovani, who has led the University in recent years, with wisdom and foresight and is also a great friend and fellow student.
I am sure that we will all work together to create a real community, in which ideas dialogue because first of all people dialogue. We have before us a beautiful mission that Don Bosco left us at the service of young people, especially the poorest. And we want to honor it with our thinking, with our study and with all the creativity we are capable of. And in this, the Lord help us.
Greetings to all of you "
don Andrea Bozzolo
