The first religious profession of 8 salesian novices took place on 5th June 2016 at Sacred Heart Novitiate, Kotadeniyawa under the patrimony of Rev. Fr. Jayapalan Raphael, the provincial of Chennai, India. On the eve of the profession the budding salesians were given religious habit by Rev. Fr. Reginold Fernando SDB, the vice provincial of Sri Lanka. Don Bosco Chinthanaloka wishes our newly professed young confreres Gods’ abundance blessings and meaningful religious life.
